The percentage of Toledo-area home mortgages at least 90 days overdue continued to decline in June, according to CoreLogic, a California real estate data firm.
CoreLogic said 5.17 percent of Toledo-area loans were 90 days delinquent, down from 5.2 percent in May. The rate has fallen from 6.7 percent in early 2012.
