Toledo firm merges with Findlay group

Findlay-based accounting firm Pry Professional Group has merged with Toledo’s Gilmore, Jaison and Mahler Ltd.

GJM, which has about 80 employees, is the largest locally owned accounting, assurance, tax, and consulting firm in northwest Ohio, according to the company.

Pry, which has about 25 employees, will become GJM’s Findlay office. Pry specialized in assurance, business advisory services, risk advisory services, health-care management, and tax consulting.

The new combined firm plans to specialize in serving the construction and real estate, health-care, manufacturing and distribution, and utilities industries.
