ACHIEVEMENTS

■ Dan O’Malley has been named vice president of Toledo-based Marco’s Pizza. He had been director of franchise operations since 2011.

■ Joseph D. DiRocco has been named president of Charter One and RBS Citizens in Ohio. He was most recently with Huntington Bank. Charter One is a division of RBS Citizens N.A. It has 128 branches in Ohio.
