5 local firms win BBB’s Torch Award for ethics

Five Toledo-area firms won the Torch Award by the Better Business Bureau.

The recipients of the BBB Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics are chosen in four categories based on number of employees.

This year’s winners were Coyle Funeral Home of Toledo, Little Wonders Child Care of Northwood, Metzger’s Printing & Mailing of Toledo, and Tireman Auto Service Centers of Toledo.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of NW Ohio received the BBB’s award for nonprofit businesses.

Customers and clients nominated more than 100 businesses and charities.
