Magazine: GEM Energy among top solar firms

WALBRIDGE — GEM Energy, a subsidiary of Rudolph/​Libbe Inc., ranks 28th among Solar Power World magazine’s “Top 50 Solar Developers in the U.S.”

The Walbridge firm is the highest ranking Ohio contractor on the list, with 11,155 megawatts installed, including 2,153 megawatts in 2013.

GEM also ranked 70th on the magazine’s list of Top 100 Commercial Solar Contractors — the only Ohio company listed — and 154th on its list of Top 400 Solar Contractors.
