ACHIEVEMENTS

David Behen has been named vice president and chief information officer at La-Z-Boy Inc. of Monroe. He will be responsible for leading, developing, expanding, and overseeing all aspects of information technology throughout the furniture company’s operations. He previously was chief information officer and director of the Department of Technology, Management and Budget for the state of Michigan.

Andy Fox has been named vice president of development & client relations at HCC Rare Cons Inc. of Toledo. He will be responsible for developing new marketing programs and maintain and build on current bank relationships. Most recently he was director of communications and marketing for firm in Richmond, Va.

Stephen Way has joined architecture and engineering firm Bergmann Associates and will be its regional marketing director with duties of assisting with business development throughout Bergmann’s Midwest region which includes Toledo, Lansing, and Grand Rapids, Mich. Mr. Way, an engineer, previously was with DGL Consulting Engineers, a civil/​structural engineering and survey firm.
