1/2 cup raspberry barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 cup chopped apple
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped (optional or to taste)
1/2 cup raisins
Whisk barbecue sauce, olive oil, raspberry vinegar, and curry powder in a medium bowl. Add the onion, apple, pepper, and raisins. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
