Closings for King holiday

Toledo city, Lucas County, state and federal offices, and Maumee, Northwood, Oregon, Ottawa Hills, Perrysburg, and Sylvania city offices will be closed tomorrow in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr., Day.

Rossford city offices will be open.

Auto title offices will be closed.

A schedule of select offices and services for tomorrow follows.

All banks, financial institutions, and banking centers will be closed except for the Mid Am banking center at the Franklin Park Mall, which will be open regular hours, and Fifth Third Bank Mart centers and its Quick Source Center in Kroger stores, which will be open regular hours.

Toledo public and parochial schools and Lucas County schools will be closed.

No classes will be held at the University of Toledo, Bowling Green State University, Medical College of Ohio, Owens Community College, Lourdes College, or Davis College. Davis College offices will be open.

Toledo Edison offices and phone service will be open.

The Columbia Gass phone center will be open regular hours.

The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library and branches will be closed.

There will be no delivery of mail and no window service at the main post office or any classified stations or branches. The permit mailing section will be closed. Express Mail hours will be 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority buses will operate on a regular schedule.

Trash pickup will be on schedule this week for Maumee, Northwood, Oregon, Rossford, Sylvania, and the City of Toledo. Ottawa Hills trash pickup tomorrow and Tuesday will be delayed a day. Perrysburg trash pickup will be delayed a day for the entire week.

Metered parking in downtown Toledo will be free.
