Gene Bridges, owner of the Swanton Coliseum, does a little spring sprucing by trimming a bush in front of his business, which is on State Rt. 2 in the village.
The Colisuem, a landmark in Swanton, has been in the family since 1957 and was started by his in-laws, Bob and Dorothy Wyse, Mr. Bridges said.
