Chili Corn-Chip Casserole

2 pounds ground beef

1 1/2 cups onion, chopped

2 packages taco seasoning mix

1 28-ounce can tomato sauce

1 large bag corn chips, lightly broken up

2 cans pinto beans, drained

1 can sliced black olives

3 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat with onions. Add seasoning mix and tomato sauce. Simmer for a few minutes. Layer in casserole dish, 1/2 meat mixture, then 1/2 each of corn chips, pinto beans, olives, and cheese.

Repeat layers and arrange corn chips over top. Sprinkle with some reserved cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
