Port authority leader retained by Urban League

James Hartung, president of the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority, was chosen to another term as chairman of the Greater Toledo Urban League during the organization's recent annual meeting.

Paul Hubbard, the city of Toledo's former neighborhood director, was elected as the executive vice chairman. Mr. Hubbard is currently a Harvard community builder at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Other officers elected included Larry Sykes as first vice chairman, Deborah Barnett as second vice chairman, Richard Gee as secretary, and Rollie Able as treasurer.

Urban League board of directors selected were Mike Anderson, Mildred Clark, Mike Hart, Kelleh Konteh, Billie Johnson, Zeb Jack|son, Chuck Swisher, Gene Zmuda, and Cowgee William Mangrum.
