Mary Ann Neopolitan, Monroe County Democratic Committee chairman, decries trash imports from Canada and Ohio while in front of a `trash-o-meter' at St. Mary's Park in Monroe. The device purported to give up-to-the-minute totals on the number of tons of trash entering the state. Democrats yesterday sponsored a rally at the park to show support for two bills in the Michigan legislature to restrict such imports. Michigan is one of the na- tion's leaders in accepting trash imports.
