WALDRON, Mich. — The Hillsdale County elections commission approved language enabling a Waldron resident to start collecting signatures to force a recall election for trustees Harold Douglas and William Hall.
Susan Crawford submitted recall language three times be|fore the commission approved it last week.
Mr. Douglas is running against village President Terry Rossi in the Feb. 16 primary election. Hillsdale County Clerk Tom Mohr said that if Mr. Douglas is elected president in February, it may eliminate the need for a recall election.
