Professional sand artist Carl Jara of Cleveland creates a sandscape for 'Sandsational Science,' a spring-break event that will run at COSI from Saturday to April 18. Mr. Jara will be at the science center in downtown Toledo again on April 9-10 when he will offer construction advice for would-be sand masters. He says he really did get his start on a beach.
