Family members of Janice James weep after placing flowers at a memorial on Crabb Road in Bedford Township where Ms. James, 39, was killed Saturday. The Toledo woman died instantly when a pickup driven by Jose Hernandez, 40, of Temperance crossed the center line and hit her sport utility vehicle.
