Plans have been delayed for two proposed subdivisions in Middleton Township.
The township trustees voted last week to deny a zoning change for 41 acres on the west side of Hull Prairie Road and just south of Cross Creek Road. Developers want to build a single-family subdivision on the site.
James Bostdorff, chair of the trustees, said the zoning change was rejected because the developers presented a different plan to the trustees than they had previously seen.
Another zoning change request for a proposed single-family subdivision was withdrawn. The trustees were scheduled to vote last week on the request, which would affect 48.5 acres west of Hull Prairie and north of Five Point Road.
