Fostoria library begins search for new director

FOSTORIA - Fostoria library leaders plan to use the Ohio Library Council in the search for a new director of the Kaubisch Memorial Public Library.

The library's director, Darren McDonough, submitted his resignation this week, effective immediately.

He gave no reason for his departure.

Mr. McDonough was hired 16 months ago following the retirement of the longtime director, Doris Ann Norris.

Assistant library directors Dee Conine and Kristi Smith will serve as interim co-directors, officials said.
