Jonathan Nawrocki, 10, enjoys time at Delta Public Library. The Liberty Center fourth-grader was taking advantage of some free time to play with puzzles and look through some books. The library's estimated $125,000 expansion project is expected to get under way in the spring. The project would expand the library by 1,070 square feet. and would double the size of the front entry foyer, providing extra room for strollers and people with handicaps. About 600 square feet of the new space would be public service areas. Audio-visual and books-on-tape collections are to be expanded, and a quiet corner would be available where people could conduct genealogy research.
