BELLEVUE, Ohio - Bellevue City Council has approved a two-year contract with service, maintenance, and clerical employees that includes 3 percent pay raises in both years.
Mayor David Kile said the agreement with the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees takes effect April 1 and replaces a two-year contract that expires March 31.
The new contract, which council endorsed Monday night, includes no major changes beside the pay raises, the mayor said.
