A diver hooks a chain to a car that crashed through a guardrail, in the foreground, at Alexis and Benore roads about 7:10 last night and careened down an embankment into a creek. The driver, David Hice, 38, of 5326 305th St., was in fair condition at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. A boom was placed across the creek to control oil from the car.
