An Ohio Highway Patrol spokesman said troopers yesterday located a green Chevrolet Camaro and a suspect who allegedly left the scene of a fatal accident on Airport Highway just east of Toledo Express Airport on Saturday.

The spokesman declined to give any details about the investigation leading to the discovery of the vehicle except to say that the patrol no longer needs leads from citizens.

Robert Anderson, 17, of 3054 Pebble Court in Monclova Township was killed in the accident, and two of his passengers were hospitalized. Kayla King, 16, was listed in fair condition and Amber Ankenbrandt, 15, in serious condition said a Toledo Hospital official yesterday.

Michael Majors, 36, of North Judson, Ind., the driver of a tractor-trailer involved in the accident, was treated and released from St. Luke s Hospital in Maumee, a hospital spokesman said.

The Anderson youth s car was eastbound on Airport about 4 p.m. when it was cut off by the Camaro with three male occupants, troopers said. Young Anderson lost control of his car, went left of center, crashed into the oncoming semi, and caught fire, troopers at the Toledo post said. The Anderson youth was pronounced dead at the scene.
