Recently released inspection reports of Lucas County food-service operations:

Arbors at Sylvania, 7120 Port Sylvania, Sylvania Township, inspected Sept. 2. Critical violations: Observed an unlabeled chemical spray bottle on top of ice machine. Clearly label all spray bottles with contents. Never store chemicals above food or food contact surfaces. Provide pasteurized shell eggs for eggs-to-order or recipes which require the combing of cracked eggs prior to cooking. Three noncritical violations. Inspector: Jaclyn Kistler.

Beef O'Brady's, 7131 Orchard Center, Springfield Township, inspected Sept. 7. Critical violations: Observed raw chicken stored above bread in the walk-in cooler and raw beef above ready-to-eat foods in the reach-in cooler. Store all raw meats by cooking temperature to prevent cross-contamination. Observed unlabeled chemical spray bottles in the bar and kitchen. Clearly label all spray bottles with contents, even water.
