Recently released inspection reports of Lucas County food-service operations:

Arbors at Sylvania, 7120 Port Sylvania, Sylvania Township, inspected Sept. 2. Critical violations: Observed an unlabeled chemical spray bottle on top of ice machine. Clearly label all spray bottles with contents. Never store chemicals above food or food contact surfaces.
