BOWLING GREEN - The Wood County Planning Commission will consider plans involving two subdivisions and two zoning changes when it meets at 4 p.m. tomorrow.

Dold Development Co. has submitted plans for the fifth plat of Country Meadows, a 57.8-acre subdivision in the unincorporated village of Moline in Lake Township. The fifth plat would contain 24 residential lots.

In Perrysburg Township, MDM Ltd. and Feller Finch & Associates are asking that 7.3 acres on the west side of Simmons Road, about a quarter mile south of Ford Road, be rezoned from residential to planned unit development-residential.

The developers also have submitted a preliminary footprint for a condominium-style development for the site that would include 28 living units in seven buildings.

Latcha Inc., which does business as D&K Excavating, wants to rezone a lot in the unincorporated village of Lemoyne in Troy Township from residential to commercial so that it can purchase the land and use it for the excavating business.

Liberty Township trustees have proposed an amendment to the township's zoning resolution that would add multiple- family dwellings to the list of conditional uses for commercially zoned property.

The planning commission, which makes recommendations on the proposals, meets on the fifth floor of the County Office Building next to the courthouse.
