About 450 Swanton High School students were told to leave their classrooms about 10:30 this morning because of a bomb scare.
Students walked to the middle school in this district on the Lucas-Fulton county line where they remained at noon.
Swanton Police Department was called and troopers from the Ohio Highway Patrol s Swanton and Toledo Posts assisted.
Police Chief Homer Chapa said that students were evacuated after a note, written on a wall in the high school, was found.
