A witness wipes off glass from a single-car accident at Hill Avenue and Fearing Boulevard. Four people were hurt yesterday when their car slammed into Toledo Technologies, 99 Fearing Blvd., about 4 p.m. The driver, Marcel Reynolds, 19, of South Toledo, and frontseat passenger, Ingram Gaston, 19, of central Toledo, were treated at Toledo Hospital. A back-seat passenger, James Alexander, 20, of South Toledo, was taken to Medical University of Ohio Medical Center, where police said he was in critical condition. A hospital spokesman said he was in surgery and could not give a condition report. The other backseat passenger, Alexis Rubin, 20, of South Toledo, was taken to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, where he was being treated in the emergency room. Mr. Reynolds was driving north on Fearing when he lost control, overcorrected, and struck the business. Police believe he was driving faster than the 35 mph speed limit. The car spun around and came to rest on Fearing. No citations have been issued pending further investigation, police said.
