Weekend lineup

Plenty of runs this coming weekend in Ohio and Michigan:

• Marblehead Bank 5K (Saturday, 9 a.m.), at James Park in downtown Marblehead, Ohio.

• Susan D. Muncy Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk (Saturday, 9 a.m.), at the Henry County Fair Grounds in Napoleon, Ohio

• Fifth Third River Bank Run 25K (Saturday, 8 a.m.), in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I had intended to race in this one but my kids school events made this impossible.

• Alans Duathlon and 5K (Saturday, 8 a.m.) in Hedges-Boyer Park in Tiffin, Ohio. This event includes a 5K run, and a 30K bike ride

• Nankin Mills Duathlon (Sunday, 8 a.m.) in Westland, Michigan.
