Library system offering K-6 homework help
The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library offers free homework help to children in kindergarten through sixth grade after school hours during the academic year except on Fridays.
Here is the schedule for branch libraries for 2006-07:
•Birmingham, 203 Paine Ave., Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
•Kent, 3101 Collingwood Ave., Wednesdays and Thursdays, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
•Lagrange, 3422 Lagrange St., Mondays and Tuesdays, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
•Locke, 806 Main St., Mondays and Wednesdays, 4 to 6 p.m.
•Mott, 1085 Dorr St., Mondays and Wednesdays, 4 to
5:30 p.m.
•South, 1736 Broadway, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4 to 5:30 p.m.
•Toledo Heights, 423 Shasta Drive, Mondays and Tuesdays, 4 to 6 p.m.
•Children's Library at the Main branch, 325 Michigan St., Mondays and Wednesdays, 4 to 6 p.m.
