ARCHBOLD

The summer quarterly meeting of the Lutheran German Heritage Association will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Lutheran Social Services building on State Rt. 66 near State Rt. 34, about 21/3 miles south of Archbold.

BOWLING GREEN

The sixth annual Classics on Main Car Show will run from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday in downtown Bowling Green. FINDLAY

The Riverside Summer Concert Series continues at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday with a concert by the Findlay Civic Band in the Allen P. Dudley Memorial Band Shell in Riverside Park. The concert is free and open to the public. Hancock Friends of the Park will provide free popcorn.

FREMONT

The Sacred Heart folk group will perform a benefit concert for Molly Deeter-Pontius and her family at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church on Smith Road. Donations will be accepted for Mrs. Pontius, 25, who was diagnosed with post-partum cardiomyopathy earlier this year and on June 10 received a heart transplant.

LIMA

The Allen County Historical Society will dedicate and open the Phase 1 expansion of the Allen County Museum, 620 West Market St., at 2 p.m. Sunday. The 15,000-square-foot addition includes a new entrance and reception area, a new gift shop, the Children s Discovery Center, classroom, restrooms, research room, staff offices, a collections staging and storage area, and the John H. PERRYSBURG

The Wood County Park District will host bird watching from a trolley from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. tomorrow on Slippery Elm Trail and a garden tour from 6 to 7:30 p.m., also tomorrow, at Carter-Loomis Farm Park. The trolley leaves from Rudolph Depot (Rudolph Rest Stop).
