Truck loses load on northbound I-75

The northbound traffic on I-75 near downtown Toledo is restricted to one lane this morning after a truck lost part of its load about 8 a.m. in the middle lane near the I-475 and Detroit Avenue split, where a short time later at least one car had a flat tire. Crews are working to clear the road, authorities said.
