City, county, state, and federal government offices will be closed Monday in observance of Labor Day. Auto title offices also will be closed. A list of select services Monday follows:
Banks, financial institutions, banking centers, and bank marts will be closed.
Southwyck Shopping Center will close at 6 p.m. Woodville Mall will close at 3 p.m. Westfield Franklin Park will be open regular hours to 9 p.m. Individual stores may have separate hours.
Public and parochial schools, colleges, and universities will be closed and no classes.
Toledo Edison office and phone service and the Columbia Gas phone center will be closed. Service will be available only for emergencies.
The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library and branches will be closed Sunday and Monday.
There will be no mail delivery or mail collection and no window services at the Main Post Office or any of the classifi ed stations or branches. The bulk mail acceptance unit will be closed. Express Mail will be delivered 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority buses will operate on a holiday schedule.
Toledo trash collection will not occur Monday. Regular Monday trash pickup will be delayed one day all week in Toledo and outlying areas.
Meter parking in downtown Toledo will be free.
