Lady Bug Pizza

4 tablespoons pesto, store-bought

2 sandwich-size whole-wheat English muffins, split

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 slices ripe tomato

cup pitted black olives, chopped

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread 1 tablespoon pesto on each muffin half. Top each pizza with cup cheese. Top cheese with a slice of tomato and scatter olives over the tomato to look like the dots on lady bug backs. Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until very crisp and the cheese has melted. Serve warm.
