Sand Dollars

cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tube refrigerator sugar cookie dough

1 egg white, slightly beaten

1 cup almond slivers

Lightly brush each cookie with egg white and then sprinkle evenly with sugar mixture. Gently press 5 almond slivers in a star shape in the center of each cookie to look like the design of a sand dollar. Bake cookies according to package directions.
