Crab Won Tons


pound fresh crabmeat

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 to 2 drops Tabasco, to taste

cup softened cream cheese

40 won ton skins

Oil for frying

Mix crabmeat with Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and cream cheese. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of a won ton skin. Brush the edges of the skin with water and press them together to seal. Heat oil in large saucepan until it registers 350 degrees on a candy thermometer.

Fry won tons until golden brown in batches if necessary and serve immediately with dipping sauce of your choice.
