Shooting victim finds hospital doors locked

A shooting victim, who was apparently dropped off at Toledo Hospital by a private vehicle overnight, called 911 from a cell phone when he realized the hospital doors that he approached were locked.

Lucas County EMS picked him up about 2:50 a.m. and took him about the distance of a city block to the hospital's emergency room.

EMS considered the patient a trauma case.

Toledo Police detectives unit did not immediately provide information on the incident.
