Police ID Toledo teen killed in overnight shooting in Old West End

Toledo police today have identified a male shot and killed on the edge of Toledo‘s Old West End neighborhood as a local teenager.

Tyler McIntoush, 16, was reportedly shot in the head, and found by a passerby lying on the sidewalk early today on Collingwood Boulevard, near Central Avenue.  First responders were called to the scene about 3:20 a.m.

Police said the teen, the youngest shooting victim in 2014 in Toledo, was found without any identification. An autopsy is scheduled for today. There are no leads on suspects or a possible motive. 

Police declined to comment on how many times the victim was shot.

The McIntoush youth was about to enter his junior year at The Maritime Academy of Toledo.

Another man was shot overnight in the 2500 block of West Laskey Road.

Police said Parrish Quinn was robbed by three men who then shot the victim at 2255 W. Laskey, near Douglas and Tremainsville roads, in West Toledo, at about 10:15 p.m. The victim‘s condition is not known.‍
