    Cedar Point will open its new Shores Water Park this weekend. Though the Sandusky amusement park is best known for its string of record-breaking roller coasters, the company spent last winter revamping its former Soak City property with new water attractions, more dining options, and better amenities.

The Panthers will play Lexington at Bowling Green's Carter Park today with a trip to the state tournament on the line.     A statue and two bells were removed on Friday, May 19, 2017 from St. Hedwig Catholic Church on Lagrange Street in Toledo, which closed in 2012.

    Crews battled a large fire Thursday at a South Toledo apartment complex, as strong winds had an impact on the direction of smoke and fire. The fire was reported at 3:17 p.m. at 2525 Eastgate Rd.
