    The No. 16 Owens Community College men's basketball team took time away from practice to volunteer at the East Toledo Family Center Thursday, Dec. 18, 2014. The team helped package food and gifts for needy families as part of the center's Christmas Food and Gift Drive. They also helped deliver the food and gifts to the families of East Toledo.

    Dr. Randa Mansour and Dr. Julie Yeater donated their services to help Ammar El-Ali hear again. Ammar and his mother Suzanne El-Ali, have been in Toledo since October.
