Area weather emergency: Day 3

While drivers were stuck in the snow in Michigan, the city of Toledo used the third day of a Level 3 emergency in Lucas County Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2014, to clear residential streets of any remaining snow. CLICK ANY IMAGE TO VIEW FULL PHOTO, START SLIDE SHOW.
