Family, friends mourn Toledo man

Police were dispatched on a call about 3 a.m. on Sunday, July 14, 2013, to an apartment at 1605 W. Central Ave. at Isabella Street where they found the body of Michael Jackson, 20. Amber Hayes, who had called 911, reported that her estranged husband, David A. Zielinski, had killed Mr. Jackson and was following her and shooting at her car.
