Robert Bowles 2nd Commodore gives the history of the MIddle Bass Island Yacht Club burgee, created by Jim Snodgrass. The Fish symbolize the bass around the island. The 3 Fish symbolize South Bass (Put-n-Bay), Middle Bass, and North Bass Islands. The flower symbolizes that when the French landed on the island they saw many flowers and so named Middle Bass the Isle de Fleurs.
