The exhibit honors the life and sacrifice of Toledo Policeman Jacob Chandler, who was the only Toledo Police officer to die in service to his country during World War II. Chandler, an African-American, was a member of the famous 92nd Infantry or "Buffalo Soldiers" as they were called.
