Snowstorm hits Toledo area

With predictions of heavy snow and bitter cold in the forecast, officials announced today that they will enact the highest snow emergency for Lucas County beginning at 5:30 p.m. CLICK ANY PHOTO TO ENLARGE AND START SLIDESHOW.
