Two men charged with murder in the shooting death of an East Toledo man in an incident videotaped by the gunman's acquaintances were arraigned yesterday in Municipal Court.

Jeffery M. Hutchinson, 24, of 34 East Weber St., was being held in the jail in lieu of $50,000 bond, according to court records. However, jail authorities said his bond is $500,000. Incorrect information about where he lives in East Toledo was given to police and published yesterday in The Blade.

The other suspect, Timothy S. Ware, 21, of 665 Platt St., was ordered held in the jail in lieu of $550,000 bond. He also is charged with aggravated robbery in an incident July 15 at Walter's Pharmacy, 766 Oak St., in which he allegedly threatened an employee with a handgun and demanded prescription medication.

David K. Branstutter, Jr., 25, of 268 Maryland Ave., was found about 2 a.m. Tuesday inside the front door of his home, dead from a single gunshot wound in the head.

Investigators said the shooting occurred after an ongoing argument between the victim and Hutchinson, who was staying at a nearby house on Maryland.

Ware fled in a car, whose occupants were videotaping the incident. After police received a tip, both men were arrested.
