Danny Clark of Fresh Attitude, Inc., a drug and alcohol rehabilitation services group, protests outside One Government Center over Lucas County's decision to cut the group's funding. At the same time, a group of East Toledo residents demanded the city force a property owner to tear down a building at 1102 Girard St., said Mary Chris Skeldon, spokesman for Mayor Jack Ford.
