FINDLAY - Municipal Court Clerk Pat Walters said a computer glitch that caused errors in some defendants' criminal histories has been fixed.
The city's computer services department was able to reprogram the court's computers to rectify the problem by tomorrow, she said.
The problem came to light after a former Findlay man found three misdemeanor assault convictions on his record were listed as vehicular homicides. Officials believe the problem began when all city ordinances were re-numbered in 1993.
