Steven Sweet of Whitehouse inspects the various kinds of artwork by Darlene Krohn of Perrysburg at the 13th Art on the Mall summer fair on the University of Toledo campus. On display were 113 artists. The fair also had an area where children could make their own art, jazz, entertainment, and have refreshments.
