Toledoan faces sentence for weapon possession

TIFFIN A Toledo man found guilty of illegally possessing a gun could be sentenced to five years in prison by Seneca County Common Pleas Judge Michael Kelbley.

Juan A. Richardson, 25, was placed on probation six weeks before he was arrested. He was convicted after a two-day trial for having a weapon while under disability and carrying a concealed weapon.

He was arrested Jan. 7 at Fostoria Townhouses after fleeing police on foot.

Judge Kelbley revoked Richardson s bond and ordered him held until he s sentenced. No date has been set.
