A TREAT FOR A LITTLE PRINCESS

Angel Croley, 16 months, with her mother, Gail, gets a treat from Stephanie and Glenn Houck on Harvard Boulevard in South Toledo. Trick-or-treating went relatively smoothly in the city and outlying communities last night, authorities said.
