CALGARY Husky Energy Inc., new owner of the former Valero refinery in Lima, Ohio, said yesterday it expects to restart the facility July 30 and have it back to full production by mid-August.

The refinery was the site of a fire in an electrical substation last Thursday and was shut down over the weekend after running at 25 percent capacity since the fire.

Husky acquired the 120-year-old plant for $1.9 billion to add capacity to process oil from Alberta s tar sands. The refinery has a processing capacity of 165,000 barrels of oil a day.
